Spell Buff Mods
other than the +1 mods, there really isnt any "buffs" for spells (casting/recharge doesn't really count). so I was thinking of condition based mods, lika a "heavy staff head" which when added to a staff, would increase the duration of weakness caused by any spell by 33%. same for posion, disease, etc...
If it its only available in a head, you can only have 10 additional energy (for balance), and these mods would not be available on wand/foci.
